The Dentist/Patient Relationship
Our relationship with you is very important to us. We believe that clear and open communication allows collaboration, working together to set and achieve your goals for dental health. We strive for a true partnership; this means that you will do your part as well as you can, and we will do our part as well as we can to help you reach your goals.
Sometimes the relationship involves a coach and player aspect, with the dentist helping to coach you (the player) to dental health. Along that line, we believe that the way you know the coach is doing a good job, is when the player is winning — that means, you’re getting healthier and reaching your goals. We measure and score your progress routinely with our dental fitness program to let you know how you’re doing.
Because of the importance of the relationship and our dedication to you, we only schedule one patient at a time. We reserve that time in our schedule specifically for you, to be able to give you our full and undivided attention. We value your time, and expect that you value ours by being on time and ready for your appointments.
